Thanksgiving Ranch Showcases Authentic, Fresh Rocky Mountain Cuisine

Our culinary team creates handcrafted and hearty meals that focus on fresh, local ingredients.

Our food philosophy is simple: prepare fresh, unprocessed dishes using local, real and wholesome ingredients whenever possible.

Inspired by Alberta, our kitchen incorporates the province’s seven signature foods: beef, bison, canola, honey, Red Fife Wheat, root vegetables, and Saskatoon berries. These elements form the basis of our authentic Rocky Mountain cuisine.

For events, Thanksgiving Ranch offers three levels of set menu options, varying based on the number of guests. The menu and guest count will determine the serving style, with a buffet being practical for larger events.

We also accommodate vegetarian and other special dietary requirements with advance notice. Please note that there may be a small extra fee for these special accommodations.

Meals for guests in the Lodge include coffee and tea.

All food and beverage subject to 20% service charge and 5% GST. Prices are subject to change.
