Inspiration from Alberta’s Signature Foods
Alberta’s seven provincial ‘signature’ foods, including our world-famous Alberta beef, canola, honey, red fife wheat, root vegetables, Saskatoon berries, and bison, inspire our menus. We source regionally to create impressive meals and dining experiences, embodying the farm-to-table ethos.
Dynamic Daily Menus
The Lodge offers a set menu that changes daily, shaped by the season and the freshest products available. While menus can be discussed for special requests, typically, a single meal choice is prepared by our culinary team and served to all lodge guests.
Tradition Meets Modern Palate
Our culinary approach blends tradition with a modern palate, employing a time-honored wood-fired grill alongside modern kitchen tools. Almost all our food, meals, and baking are prepared in-house and on-site, emphasizing the use of fresh, raw ingredients.
Meal Options and Times
Lunch, dinner, and desserts are available for Lodge guests at an additional rate at the time of booking. Breakfast, included each morning, is served between 7:30 and 9:00, depending on experiences or ranch activities. Some meals are family-style, while others are plated individually.
A Culinary Tradition
Our set menu and fixed meal times may be unique to first-time guests, but our regulars wouldn't have it any other way. One day might bring a beef stew, lunch might be fish tacos and dinner will be the best steak you've ever experienced—just see what our guests have said in their reviews!
In-House Baking and Beverages
Our baking team crafts all our goodies, desserts, and bread on-site. Coffee, tea, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks are always available. While we don't have a liquor license, we can work with you to cater to your desires.
Special Diets and Gluten-Free Options
For special diets, we'll do our best to accommodate guests, recommending early declaration of dietary needs. While we can't always modify the menu for individual preferences, most items can be offered as gluten-free if informed in advance. Our experience with GF baking will likely exceed any previous experience with GF baking.
